Peek metal polish is a light blue paste containing very fine abrasive particles. When rubbed against metal, a microscopic layer of the metal surface is removed, which is handy for removing rust from rusty items (most common use of this product), but it is also what you are doing when sharpening knives. Trick of the trade: In the Pianel tutorial we use metal polishing paste on a piece of hide to polish the brass rod ends and give them an extra shine.
The polishing paste also comes in handy to polish our vintage knife, once in a while.
The tube contains 50ml. Included with the metal polish is a piece of hide, to finish off use some polishing paste on the piece of hide.
