GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply when you (the customer) browse, access or in any other way use the website of bookbinding out of the box (hereinafter referred to as “Bookbinding out of the box”, “we”, “us” or “our”) located at www.bookbindingoutofthebox.com (hereinafter “the Website”) and any services or functions made available through the Website, including all on-line sales functions.

These terms and conditions were most recently updated October 5th 2023. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

By accessing and using the Website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you cannot accept these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, you should not use the Website or order anything from us.

PURCHASE

Products are purchased by adding them to the 'shopping cart'. You may add or remove products from the shopping cart at any time. Once your selection is completed, you may proceed to the purchase of the products placed in the cart by clicking the 'checkout' button. You will then be asked to provide a full name, contact email, a billing/shipping address and a telephone number. We use this information for our database and for the delivery of the products only. (See our privacy policy).

CHARGES

All our prices are subject to change. Current orders aren't affected.

Prices indicated on the website before the checkout include VAT but do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges appear after the checkout and vary according to the amount of goods, the total weight of goods and the country of delivery.

Outside of the EU you may also be liable for sales tax and/or import duties. You will not be charged for those on our website but if you are liable to any of those it is your responsibility and only yours to pay for them at reception of the goods.

All our prices are in Euro's. If you use a different currency you will be debited the equivalent Euro amount.

PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING

At the present time we support Paypal, Credit card or Bank Deposit as payment method. The orders will only be processed after receiving confirmation of full payment by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse orders from users who cannot provide sufficient solvency guarantees.

DELIVERY 

Shippings inside of the EU normally take 3-7 working days, outside of the EU can take up to 15 working days or more. We use standard/economy shipping rates in order to keep the costs down and we also offer the option with UPS (approx. 2 - 4 working days after shipping). Indicated delivery times are not binding, however we make every effort to respect them.

RETURN POLICY

We want our Customers to be satisfied with their products. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied you may cancel your order and return the products at any time within 7 days from the day you have received the goods.

To return or exchange a product, simply tell us by sending an email to kieke@elbel-libro.com, mentioning your order number, and send us the article back through the post. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packed in a reliable way. If the article was delivered in a branded packaging, this one should be sent back as well. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, that is to say in perfect, unused condition. If this isn't the case we reserve the right to cut back the refund.

If the item was returned in accordance to the above we will make a full refund within 3-5 days.

If the item is to be exchanged, we will send the replacement item at no additional cost.

In both cases however, the cost of the return shipping remains at the charge of the customer.

All the contents of www.bookbindingoutofthebox.com are protected by copyrights. All rights belong to Elbel Libro SARL. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer or create derivative works from the content without obtaining prior written consent from us.

We do not warrant or represent that your use of materials displayed on this Website will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated by us.

 

LIABILITY

We shall only be liable to you to the extent set out in applicable mandatory law. We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including by lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law or accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).

Any actions arising out of products purchased through the Website shall be decided by the courts of the Netherlands.
